What isn't more exciting than signing up to attend a pop-up restaurant featuring gastronomy from a place we don't have easy access to? Pop-up restaurants have been around for a couple of decades, but with the raise of social media, we have seen them grow and thrive, making them accesible to everyone, not just a small or club-like groups of people. It has introduced different cuisines to curious palates, and have been an useful way for young chefs to have access to commercial kitchen facilities and experiment without the risk of investing large amounts of money in a permanent space. It's proven to be such a successful and popular model that even larger food companies are doing them.

Grab some coffee and join us for a lively conversation. Do our panelists think pop-ups are a millennial thing? Have they done crowdfunding and would they recommend going this direction? How does
social media influence their success rates? Is Seattle a good city for pop-ups? Our esteemed panel and moderator will share their experience, challenges, successes and failures, and talk about their future plans.
