Formation to Exit: Beginning with the End in Mind

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

When you're launching a startup it's easy to focus solely on creating a great product, building a talented team, and getting funding. While those are all important, it's equally important to be thinking about an exit strategy.

Why consider your exit strategy at the very beginning stages of your startup? While it may seem counterintuitive, your end goal will affect everything from how you structure your business to what type of funding you secure to how you spend your money.

In this panel, you will hear from entrepreneurs who have experienced a wide variety of exits. We'll explore the questions you should be asking yourself as you form your startup and the steps you can take further down the line to ensure a successful private offering, IPO, merger, or other exit.
