Hear a story of an unconventional partnership that has evolved over 15 years.  From their partnership, to the entrepreneurs they've helped along the way, they've experienced and seen the benefits, frustrations and even catastrophes that can come from having partners. Here you can explore whether you need a partner to start, buy or build a business.  And, if so - what you should consider before agreeing to the details of a partnership.

Bio:  David Nilssen and Jeremy Ames cofound Guidant Financial as equal partners in 2003 without investors. They've helped fund over 18,000 small businesses - in all 50 states - with more than $4,000,000,000 through rollovers as business arrangements, small business loans, unsecured credit and more.  In 2007, they were named the National Young Entrepreneurs of the Year by the Small Business Administration (SBA).  In 2008, Guidant became an Inc. 500 company and over the years it has made countless lists of the best places to work in Seattle.
