Eric Rivera, founder of Addo, a pop-up dinner series he holds around Seattle, is one of the most creative chefs on the Seattle food scene. Rivera, originally from Olympia, spent three and a half years as culinary director at Chicago’s massively acclaimed Alinea. He returned to Seattle to work for the Huxley Wallace Collective as the Director of Culinary Operations and Innovations where he managed all aspects of the restaurant group including food and beverage R&D, menu development, recruiting, training, off-site logistics, recruiting, social media marketing strategy, kitchen design, and opening restaurants. Following this, Rivera was Executive Chef at The Bookstore Bar and Café in the Hotel Alexis in downtown Seattle, and recently, he moved on to start Addo.
