Kimberly is a Certified Culinary Scientist, research chef, and Senior Product Development Scientist working for Bulletproof 360. Her focus is on food and beverage products. Kimberly also produces and runs a podcast and website called PeasOnMoss, an alliterative play on the culinary arts term, "mis en place." She started the podcast originally to document her journey through culinary school, talk about restaurants from a nutritional science point of view, and share her stories while serving at the US Air Force. She kept writing throughout her journey into food manufacturing and product development. 

The PeasOnMoss podcast tells the stories of chefs and product developers Kimberly has met along the way and gives them a chance to share lessons learned and advice. Kimberly also runs the Culinologist Podcast in partnership with the Research Chefs Association. In the podcasts, she and her guests talk about the career pathways that they have taken to illustrate the diversity of backgrounds that brings them to product development. Kimberly and her guests also discuss topics specific to product development, such as establishment of gold standards, balancing speed to market with iteration to perfection, and managing project expectations. This year, she's focusing on writing more content that will be valuable for product developers and in developing sponsorship and partnerships with different organizations in the industry.
