Our mission is to create high-quality pastries, grounded in great technique, that use responsibly-sourced ingredients to truly sustain our community. We use local whole grain, stone-milled flours and natural fermentation whenever possible, and our ingredients are whole, local, flavorful, and authentic.
Comadre Panadería is inspired by founder Mariela Camacho’s experience of growing up Xicanx in America. Our work is rooted in social and environmental stewardship and mentorship of women and people of color.
